Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. *Lead Salesforce Development*: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems.
2. *Technical Leadership*: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce governance.
3. *Solution Architecture*: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop technical specifications for Salesforce projects.
4. *Code Reviews and Quality Assurance*: Conduct code reviews, ensure high-quality code, and implement automated testing and deployment scripts.
5. *Troubleshooting and Support*: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Level 3 support for Salesforce applications.
6. *Stay Current with Salesforce*: Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve solutions and processes.
