POSITION: Car Detailing and Reconditioning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
• Inspect and ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards.
• Work closely with the service and sales team to prioritize vehicle readiness.
• Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Drive vehicles safely to and from detailing locations as required.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
