Airport Project Manager - Construction

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate project activities, manage contracts, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and manage construction estimates to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Facilitate regular meetings with team members to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, contracts, and communication.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and contract management practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
