Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Sports Cards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hobby of sports cards all the way to pokemon knowledge, with expertise in customer enagngement and knowledge of the hobby. This role involves helping out customers, making sure the shop is up running and organized, as well as use of ecxel spreadsheets. The Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers can not only be a part of the hobby. But EXPERIENCE the hobby as well!
Duties
- Helping out our customers.
- Knowledge of the hobby to help the shop in aspects.
- Utilize the unreal atmosphere we have created.
- Collaborate with team
- Research market trends and investment opportunities to inform decision-making processes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of sports and pokemon.
- Proficiency in the Card market and knows it well
- Be a good people person, and sell product.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
