Job Summary:
Cardea Health is seeking a healthcare professional to collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer in developing and implementing clinical programs for marginalized populations, especially those experiencing homelessness. This role involves optimizing workflows, introducing new technologies, and ensuring compliance across various agency services. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical program management, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to health equity. This position offers flexible work arrangements with occasional travel between sites.
Qualifications
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Work in close collaboration with the Cardea Health Chief Clinical Officer to envision, plan, and execute new clinical programs and initiatives across the agency

Maintain a close working relationship with various agency services in order to operationalize programs, including (but not limited to) compliance, human resources, clinical leadership, facilities, information technology, and housing services

Work directly with clinical and program leadership to implement or improve workflows and practices, and introduce new technologies, processes, or tools

Examine quality metrics, auditing data, and incident reports across programs, identify points for improvement

Provide clinical guidance and support to onsite nursing teams
-
Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of clinical policies that align with compliance requirements and regulations

Communicate with potential and established community partners to expand programs and improve quality of services across the agency
-
Identify suboptimal workflows in clinical settings and develop solutions
-
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Registered Nurse with master's level degree in health-related field OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR board-certified nurse practitioner
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is required
-
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
-
Experience with unhoused people, incarcerated populations or other with people with mental illness (including substance use disorder) is essential

Experience in writing and developing grants and proposals is highly desirable
-
Experience in clinical personnel management is highly desirable
-
Experience in program management is highly desirable

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
