We’re looking for a Clinical Director to lead our post-acute cardiology team, maintain strong relationships with our partner facilities, and support our growing network of mid-level providers. This is a low-clinic, high-impact leadership role—perfect for a physician who wants autonomy, work-life balance, and the ability to shape a thriving practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Attending high-level meetings (where your expertise is needed)
- Seeing patients only when necessary
- Supporting and overseeing nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Taking provider call (but NOT patient call!) to answer clinical questions
- Minimal travel to facilities across Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Palm Coast, and Daytona for key meetings
