Summary
As a Psychologist at Cardigan Psychological, LLC, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality psychological and neuropsychological assessments. This role is vital to our mission of supporting mental health and well-being for individuals and families in our community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents (ages 5-18), and young adults in college (ages 19-25).
- Administer assessment batteries for ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and mood disorders.
- Write thorough, strengths-based reports with clear recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with research and best practices in psychology and mental health.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) (ABD candidates with strong qualifications will be considered).
- Licensed Psychologist preferred, but we welcome pre-licensed candidates actively working toward licensure.
- Experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
- Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and neurodiverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Commitment to evidence-based assessment practices and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
