Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team at Cardin McCoy. The Warehouse Packer will be responsible for inspecting, tagging, and packaging t-shirts and other apparel items, ensuring they meet our quality standards. The role includes working closely with the fulfillment team to prepare orders for shipment and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect t-shirts and other apparel for quality assurance (defects, correct sizing, etc.).
- Tag items with appropriate labels.
- Fold, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure all orders are accurately packed and ready for shipping.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory.
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
- Support the fulfillment team with order picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and shop duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of shipping procedures and quality control.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
