Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with sales initiatives, and executing marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a creative flair for marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in managing wholesale accounts, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Marketing Assistance
- Help create and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotional events.
- Monitor and report on social media and email performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
- Assist with photography and content creation for product features and brand storytelling.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist with community management on social media platforms, fostering brand loyalty and engagement.
- Help organize and execute marketing and sales events, both virtual and in-person.
Administrative Support
- Manage the organization and distribution of marketing and sales materials.

Qualifications:
