Screen Printing Associate

Position Overview:
The Screen Printing Warehouse Associate will play a hands-on role in supporting our screen printing operation by primarily catching garments as they exit the dryer and preparing shirts for printing. This is an essential role to help maintain production flow and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Catching & Quality Check:

• Catch garments as they exit the dryer, inspecting them for quality issues or misprints.
• Organize completed garments to prepare them for shipping or further processing.

T-Shirt Preparation:

• Prepare shirts for printing by folding, sorting, and arranging them as needed.
• Assist with any basic prep tasks required to ensure garments are ready for screen printing.

Shop Maintenance & Cleaning:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the screen printing area, including sweeping and organizing equipment.
• Assist in cleaning screens, pallets, and other screen printing equipment.
• Perform regular checks to ensure all supplies and materials are stocked and organized.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Support other screen printing tasks as needed to assist the production team.
• Help with breaking down jobs, loading/unloading, and other tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 40 pounds.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Compensation:
Hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Benefits available, including paid time off and employee discounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
