- Collaborate with healthcare teams in hospitals or home care settings to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Engage with patients and their families, offering support and guidance while fostering a positive environment conducive to healing.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, while handling sensitive patient information.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge of medical systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a hospital or home care setting is preferred.
