Disaster Outreach Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Disaster Outreach Specialist at Cardinal, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients who have experienced significant hail or wind damage to their homes. Based in our Maplewood office, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple markets where Cardinal operates. This role is ideal for self-starters and go-getters passionate about helping individuals navigate challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients affected by hail and wind damage.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing support and resources to clients during recovery.
• Conduct outreach initiatives to identify potential clients and engage with local communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recovery process for clients.
• Participate in community events and workshops to promote disaster preparedness and recovery.
• Maintain an understanding of local market conditions and trends related to storm damage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach.
• Strong understanding of storm damage impacts and recovery processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,590.00 - $95,170.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Canvassing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Edwardsville, IL 62025: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary : $58,590 - $95,170
