Responsibilities
- One-on-One Academic Coaching & Mentoring
- Provide personalized academic mentorship, helping students master French language skills while also supporting their academic growth in various subjects or test prep areas.
- Comprehensive Training
- Complete our tailored training programs designed to equip you to:
- Identify each student’s unique strengths and areas for improvement
- Build curiosity and confidence in students’ abilities
- Create transformative learning experiences that reduce stress and foster academic success
- Impacting Student Success
- Guide students through academic challenges, instill a love for learning, and work towards making them independent, confident learners.
Requirements
Eligibility
- Proficiency in French at C1-C2 level
- Flexible schedule and availability for at least 3 hours per week
- Commitment to part-time tutoring for at least 1 year
- Travel time compensation may be available at managerial discretion.
Experience
- Prior tutoring and/or test prep experience is required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications
- High energy and sociability: A positive, engaging attitude is essential.
- Exceptional French language skills with the ability to teach reading, grammar, and analytical writing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, students, and fellow coaches.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with company pedagogy and processes.
- A strong commitment to results and cultivating students’ critical thinking skills.
- Passion for helping students become self-sufficient learners who no longer require coaching.
