Work Schedules: Monday to Friday (8 am to 4:30 pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring A Customer Comes First Mentality Every Day!
- Acknowledgement of Company Products.
- Order Processing and helping to eliminate any issues.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, be flexible and be willing to perform a variety of jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to adapt to ever changing customer demands
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Oracle computer programs is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic Customer Service Representative in a call center environment is a plus.
- High School diploma or GED is a plus.
- Required to sit for periods of time, and lift the minimum weight 20lbs
- MUST MAINTAIN CLEAN, SAFE, PROPERLY SANITIZED WORK AREAS
