- Stage and feed the lamination line with scheduled orders and pull empty racks out of the line.
- Remove all plastic and cardboard from glass racks and strap cargo strap to be ready for on-loaders.
- Remove racks as they are emptied, stack them and relocate them to the shipping area
- Transport full cullet boxes from process areas to the designated storage area and replace with empty boxes.
- Transport vinyl scrap gaylords that are full to the designated storage area and replace them with an empty container.
- Transport all recycling gaylords that are full to the designated storage area and replace with a new one that is empty.
- Empty internal trash dumpsters throughout the facility into the commercial dumpster for removal.
- Pull racks from the Cutting area.
- Stack partial racks in the designated storage area.
- Return empty vinyl boxes to the designated storage trailer.
- Transport scrap wood to the designated wood dumpster.
- Throughout the shift and at the end of each shift the Expeditor shall update the inventory of glass.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience preferred, however on the job training can be provided
- Must be able to read and comprehend shop floor monitor
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday- Friday
Dress Code/Protective Gear: Long denim pants, steel/composite metatarsal guard leather boots. Safety glasses when in manufacturing environment, arm guards and gloves when handling glass. Other protective equipment used as required.
