We manufacture coated and tempered residential glass and we need glass specialists and machine operators to keep the quality top-notch. As a glass processing specialist, you will be responsible for the offloading or loading of glass onto our production line. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and grow your skillset which will be properly compensated. In this role, you will work as a team to keep us running so we can meet our daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing goals. Some responsibilities include:

- 36 hours (3days)/48 hours (4 days) schedule, 6:45p - 7a (very other weekend)

As a glass processing specialist, you will be responsible for the offloading or loading of glass onto our production line. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and grow your skillset which will be properly compensated. In this role, you will work as a team to keep us running so we can meet our daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing goals. Some responsibilities include:
- Place glass on bungees, secure glass on racks, Pack A-frames and prepare racks for shipping
- Keep up the cleanliness at the line, sweeping and clearing glass as necessary
- Help other departments as needed - we work as a team therefore you are expected to assist in other areas when necessary
- Perform tempering break test for quality assurance
- Clean up broken glass - done throughout shift to maintain a safe work environment
- Clean out space under the furnace - performed every 3 months
- Ensure safety measures are taking place at all times
- Keep a high rate of productivity
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
- Ability to frequently lift glass that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week plus optional overtime.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
