Short Term Admission Replacement

Cardinal Hayes High School, a leading institution in Catholic education, is seeking a tech-savvy and dynamic Admissions Associate for a short-term leave replacement. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, social media management, and a passion for student recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective students and their families.
• Manage and update the school’s admissions database and online application systems.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students, including the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.
• Actively manage and update the school’s social media platforms to engage with the community and promote school events.
• Coordinate and participate in admissions events, such as open houses, school tours, and information sessions.
• Communicate with prospective students and families, providing excellent customer service and information about the admissions process.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure that all marketing and outreach efforts align with the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, admissions, or a related role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, online application platforms, and various software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
