Openings in Millbrook , NY and surrounding areas for FT CNAs and DSPs to work FT on 1st , 2nd , or 3rd shifts. Hours are varied with different schedules available!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and basic life support as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EHR systems for patient record management.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
