Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Job Summary
Human Resource Business Partners serve as strategic partners to business leaders to develop and implement strategies for human capital management, customer satisfaction, and business performance. This job family supports assigned business units in addressing complex and technical Human Resources challenges, advocates for the business value of HR Initiatives, and enables short-term and long-term business change.
- Position must be based out of California, with regular travel to Ontario, CA and Dixon, CA.
- Manager level individual contributor role with no direct reports
- Provide HR Business Partner support to the Medical Distribution organization within Cardinal Health totaling 5 sites and approximately 1000 employees, including both hourly and professional employees
