Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with QRA requirements
- Train new employees on company procedures and departmental protocols
- Support employees in all functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery
- Lead team meetings and provide feedback to employees
- Work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- 2-4 years' experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
