Responsibilities
- Leverage your network of established Modular Builder Clients to drive sales and hit the ground running.
- Follow up promptly on leads generated by the company website and other sources.
- Develop new accounts and actively engage with modular home builders in designated areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and interact with the public to promote the company's offerings.
- Maintain attention to detail and apply strong problem-solving skills in all aspects of the role.
- Utilize general computer skills to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Gather information from potential customers and qualify them based on our criteria.
- Conduct and participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Secure feasibility study agreements with customers and arrange for collection of initial deposits.
- Maintain communications with sales coordinator/drafting staff to ensure Builders are progressing through the sales pipeline.
- Ensure accuracy of factory orders and ensure payments are collected.
- Maintain communication with the customer after project begins construction; be present on set day and collect feedback to share with the home team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in modular home sales or an equivalent construction-level background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships.
