Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Utilize computer systems to manage client information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical duties as needed.
- Provide support to other departments as necessary, acting as a personal assistant when required.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software and phone systems.
