At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.
As a Case Planners, for our Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) program. As a Case Planner you are responsible for the overall management of the provision of services to each child and biological family on his / her assigned caseload. This includes completion of assessments and treatment recommendations to affect the earliest possible discharge of youth to a permanent caregiver.
Requirements
- BA / BSW
- Work experience in Child Welfare & / or Office of Mental Health System preferred
- Case Management experience
