At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.
As a Habilitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervision of habilitation specialists ensuring the daily operations of the program, and direct support to individuals that encourage independence, community growth, social maturity and inclusion, with dignity and respect in all interactions. Develop and assist in the implementation of each day habilitation plan with the understanding that all people have the ability and right to participate in one's community in a variety of ways.
Requirements:
- BA in Human Services preferred with minimum one year experience with population, three years supervisory experience.
- A valid Driver License is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and use the computer proficiently.
- Must maintain certifications and trainings as required, i.e. SCIP, CPR, First Aid
