- General administrative duties with an emphasis on assisting the Department and Project Manager.
- Invoicing
- Answer department phone
- Print off and enter bills.
- Complete Pending Reports monthly
- Project, detailing and submittals
- Purchasing and Receiving
- Quoting (in QuickBooks)
- Scheduling Deliveries
- Purchase stock inventory / maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor and update pricing from vendors.
- Work with interior sales to track down and complete back orders.
- General filing when needed.
- Credit referrals for new customers.
- Set up new customer accounts from start to finish
- Strong general ledger skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with little direct supervision.
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to perform well in a busy, fast paced environment.
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred but willing to learn.
- Excel spreadsheet experience / Word doc / Microsoft Word
