Cardinal is looking for an experienced Tinter to join our team. The successful candidate should have color mixing and matching experience in either the automotive or industrial coating industry.

Cardinal is looking for an experienced Tinter to join our team. The successful candidate should have color mixing and matching experience in either the automotive or industrial coating industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to spray a panel in the correct manner
- Read color formulas correctly
- Use appropriate machinery and equipment
- Operate the color computer
- Visually compare colors to the accepted standards
- Make color corrections and adds to a batch
- Other duties deemed appropriate by the Tinting Supervisor
- Ability to work closely with others
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with color computers
- Ability to lift 55lbs repeatedly
- Must be flexible with the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisory personnel
- Follow company safety policies and practices
