Luxury Retail Protection Officer
Pay rate: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule:
Coverage is required 7 days a week, on rotating shifts, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional presence that is a deterrent to criminal activity.
- Partner with store leadership to support asset protection agents.
- Assist with investigations and apprehending shoplifters.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity.
- Recover client assets.
- Courteous and responsive to internal client requests.
- Exchanges and verifies job related information to provide support.
Basic Qualifications:
- As a condition of employment, all candidates must pass a drug test
- Must have at least two years of working experience in security.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors
- Ability to manage and prioritize their time; able to multi task
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
