Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Five or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment or related role

Desirable Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Eight years' experience in a manufacturing environment or related role
- Ten years' experience in an engineering leadership role
- Experience in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts
