Serenity Gardens is looking for a hardworking, caring Business Office Coordinator / HR Assistant to add to our team! We specialize in personal care along with Dementia care.
This position is a Monday through Friday daytime schedule. Job Duties :
- Invoices for residents rent around the end of every month.
- Collecting money / checks and doing deposits
- Working within Point Click Care for residents rent / payments
- Calls and tasks given by Cardinal Senior Management Corporate Accounting Department
- Working on invoices for all departments
- Calling Families about invoices / past due payments, etc
- Assisting in making changes of Levels of Care for residents
- Issuing refunds for residents
- Scheduling Appointments / Transportation for Appointments for Residents
- Posting job ads for open positions
- Conducting phone interviews
- Maintain HR files
- Conduct new hire orientations
