FT Dining Room Manager for Assisted Living, Gables of Green
Job Summary
The FT Dining Room Manager for Assisted Living is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests in the dining room. This position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room before and after meal service
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that residents and guests have everything they need during their meal
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Schedule dining room servers
- Manage servers and dish washers
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a server a plus
- Prior Manger experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and lead
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
