Job Summary:
The Dining Room Server for Assisted Living is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests in the dining room. The server will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that the dining room is clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure that the dining room is clean and organized
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and coworkers
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or assisted living facility preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
