Wellness Director for The Bradford Senior Living
Location: 2080 S Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI, 48302
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Director to join our team at our assisted living facility in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with a passion for promoting wellness and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare and assisted living
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of care for residents
- Assess and monitor the health and wellness of residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current nursing license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in assisted living or healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for promoting wellness and improving the quality of life for seniors
