The Senior Director will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with donors, building a cohesive team, and ensuring effective resource allocation. In addition, this role involves overseeing multi-year campaigns, utilizing data-driven decision-making, and adapting to the evolving fundraising landscape.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Directors of Development across the network.
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Actively lead major gift fundraising efforts at the Fort Wayne location.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with donors through personalized stewardship.
- Foster a motivated and collaborative team environment.
- Leverage financial acumen to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage and execute multi-year campaigns, adjusting as needed based on trends and data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
