Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an experienced Shipping Assistant Clerk f or a client in Whitehouse, OH. The Shipping Assistant is responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate shipments, communicate with vendors and carriers, and maintain proper documentation. The Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of the shipping department.

Available shifts include Monday Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm $19 / hr
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements for both inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickup and delivery of outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including tracking numbers, dates, and destinations
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any delivery issues or delays
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth loading and unloading of shipments
- Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams for resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse operations.
