What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Assistant position at Cardinal Treatment Center?
Duties:
- Greet all clients and visitors.
- Ensure that each client signs in daily, and follow confidentiality guidelines with sign in sheet, removing names immediately upon signing in.
- Communicate to clinicians when consumers arrive for appointments.
- Document notes/messages in electronic medical record (EMR).
- Answer and route all phone calls, take messages as needed.
- Track and record all purchase receipts.
- Upload client documents.
- Maintain storage area and supplies-provide weekly inventory report.
- Mantain coffee area in lobby, storing items away at the end of each day.
- Complete or organize with clients cleaning/disinfecting of interior and exterior of building.
Additional Duties:
- Complete quality assurance tasks.
- Complete client intakes.
- Email information as needed.
- Update Master Roster for with new clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 2 years experience
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals involved in child welfare, Medicare recipients, and Section 8 housing participants
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
