Essential job functions of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Maintain current certification in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision in long term care which includes direct care of the aged or chronically ill.
