Production Technician

Cardinal FG, an established glass manufacturer in Menomonie, WI is looking for motivated and reliable employees to work in a state of the art continuous production environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be 18 years of age to apply

• High School Diploma or GED desired

• Basic math and reading skills

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds

• Demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, good decision making, functioning as a good team player

  JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Ability to learn the four core jobs

  1. Glass Handler - packs glass onto racks

  2. Fork Truck Driving - operate powered industrial vehicles in a variety of application

  3. Closer – closes racks of glass using various packaging material

  4. Automation line operator – operates and monitors the automation/robotic equipment

• Read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”

• Have clear command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Ability to navigate on a computer in a windows-based environment

• Commitment to working safely, producing quality products, and meeting production schedules.
