DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stage and feed the lamination line with scheduled orders and pull empty racks out of the line.
• Remove all plastic and cardboard from glass racks and strap cargo strap to be ready for on-loaders.
• Remove racks as they are emptied, stack them and relocate them to the shipping area
• Transport full cullet boxes from process areas to the designated storage area and replace with empty boxes.
• Transport vinyl scrap gaylords that are full to the designated storage area and replace them with an empty container.
• Transport all recycling gaylords that are full to the designated storage area and replace with a new one that is empty.
• Empty internal trash dumpsters throughout the facility into the commercial dumpster for removal.
• Pull racks from the Cutting area.
• Stack partial racks in the designated storage area.
• Return empty vinyl boxes to the designated storage trailer.
• Empty scrap glass on racks into the designated dumpster.
• Transport scrap wood to the designated wood dumpster.
• Throughout the shift and at the end of each shift the Expeditor shall update the inventory of glass.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience preferred, however on the job training can be provided
- Must be able to read and comprehend shop floor monitor
- Must have a team mindset
- Verbally communicate with other employees in the department to coordinate tasks. This includes but is not limited to radio communication.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm
- Monday to Friday
Dress Code/Protective Gear: Long denim pants, steel/composite metatarsal guard boots. Safety glasses when in manufacturing environment, arm guards and gloves when handling glass. Other protective equipment used as required.
