What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tempering Technician Night Shift 7pm-7am position at Cardinal?
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to operate motorized equipment.
- Position requires regular, in-person attendance at the plant.
- Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager, managers, employees throughout Cardinal, and vendor partnerships
- Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making, ideas, and all aspects relating to the PLANT team, Cardinal and other company relationships
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
