Hyundai Genesis of San Bruno is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our growing team. The primary role of the Service Dispatcher is to organize and control the flow of service work through out the department in a timely and professional manner. Ideal for an advisor or technician that wants to try something different. Busy shop with 14 technicians and preparing to open a new state of the art 5 story dealership.

Pay: $54k-84k salary and commission (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Implements and maintains an effective and fair dispatch system.
- Schedule shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Maintains timely and professional contact with service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date repair log.
- Prepare estimates when required.
- Review hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly.
- Open and close repair orders.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
