- Completing loaner forms, obtaining necessary information, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, as well as managing refunds and exchanges.
- Inspecting loaners upon return, ensuring they are in proper working order, and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of loaners, payments, and customer information.
- Keeping track of available loaners and notifying management when inventory levels are low.
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with customers, staff, and management.
- May include scheduling appointments, sorting mail, or other administrative tasks.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
