Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and personnel.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and profitability.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise project management initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for each dept/location, partnering with operations leadership to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance.
- Hold regular meetings with staff members to align on goals, review performance, and implement policy or procedural updates.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all practices adhere to legal standards and compliance requirements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of fiscal management.
- Knowledge of medical office management techniques and practices.
- Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health/business administration preferred
- 7 years of medical office experience will be considered in place of BS.
- Five years of applicable experience in total.
- Three years of healthcare management experience.
- Two years experience in cardiology.
