Job Summary:
CardioRenal Vision (CRV) is the national leader in post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology clinical care. Currently, we are looking to fill a Part-Time (3 days per week) position for a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join us in the Bellingham area. You will work closely with a supervising cardiologist and nephrologist delivering clinical care to post-acute and long-term care patients. Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Physician Associate or Experience in Nursing practice experience preferred. Experience in the Skilled Nursing setting as a nurse or APC is helpful.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with facility leadership including the Nursing Director, Executive Director, and nursing team.
- Communicate and collaborate with primary care at the facility including the Medical Director and NP/PA.
- Provide high-quality clinical care to the facility’s residents while demonstrating a kind and caring demeanor.
- Be able to provide education and training to the facilities nursing team.
- Achieve encounter goals on a monthly basis.
- Be a subject matter expert in cardiac and nephrology medicine.
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner.
