What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acute Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider position at Cardiovascular Associates of America?
As we continue to expand our cardiovascular health services throughout Metro Atlanta, we have a need for two dynamic and patient-centered Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) within our local Metro Atlanta hospitals.
Position Highlights:
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
W2 employed position
Excellent compensation and full benefits package
Locations: Lithonia and Decatur
Monthly Rotation:
2 weeks inpatient hospital care – collaborate with a strong cardiovascular team
1 week night call from home – phone triage only, no in-person requirements
1 week off – built-in time to rest and recharge
1 week outpatient clinic – continuity of care in a structured office setting
Qualifications:
Board Certified PA or NP
Active, unencumbered GA license
2 years of inpatient cardiovascular APP experience preferred
Team-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality care
