Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize HR paper records and files.
- Upload scanned documents into the HRIS software.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of files in the system.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining HR records as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience with document scanning or data entry is a plus.
