Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant!!

Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Assistant is a key member of the accounting team. This position provides financial support to the business office with a primary focus on the processing and monitoring of accounts payable, managing purchase orders, and invoices.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, or GED Completion, Medical Office Experience is preferred.

Ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable principles
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounts payable figures
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Exhibit organizational and time management skills
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform analysis on expenses
• Performance of Duties that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Administrative team including:
• • Reception/response to Administrator and Management team requests for assistance
  • Reception and direction/response to staff inquiries and concerns
  • Reception and direction/response to provider inquiries and concern
  • All other duties as assigned
