Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a creative and driven Recruitment Marketing & Physician Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing & Branding
Post and maintain open positions on internal and external job boards.
Partner with leaders to support hiring through screening, communication, and interview coordination.
Lead employer branding through social media, newsletters, and external engagement.
Community & Academic Partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, universities, and community organizations.
Coordinate student onboarding and access for internships, clinical rotations, and shadowing.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute internal events such as recognition celebrations, the Heart Walk, and wellness programs.
Support HR team with wellness and engagement initiatives, including Vitality.
Physician & Community Relations
Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and community healthcare partners.
Coordinate outreach, educational events, and marketing strategies to support brand awareness and growth.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and printed materials.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required (HR or marketing emphasis preferred)
Minimum of 2 years in HR, marketing, or healthcare experience
PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent organization and time management
Creative thinker who is adaptable and proactive
Able to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
