Full Time Furniture Sales Professionals have an earning potential of $70,000 to $100,000 plus annually.
Part Time Furniture Sales Professionals have the potential to earn from $30 to $50 plus per hour.

Cardis Furniture & Mattresses is looking for engaging, self-motivated, goal-oriented or driven sales professionals to Wow our customers with excellent customer service in a professional team oriented environment.
Our dedicated decorators are passionate about putting their creativity to work for the customers they serve. As a member of our Decorating Solutions team, you will work with customers in store and their home to create beautiful living spaces. In-home presentations include : 3D floor plan creation, decorating plans and budgets, recommending colors, furniture, accessories and finishes. Part of showroom sales team when not engaged in decoration solutions.
All newly hired sales professionals attend an in-depth paid training program to prepare them with the knowledge and skills to provide customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Exceeding customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service and knowledge of our products and services.
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly, non-pressured and professional manner.
- Focus on daily, weekly and monthly goals set by sales managers.
- Attend, participate and contribute to company meetings and training sessions to improve performance and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Acts as an ambassador for Cardis Furniture implementing creative ideas for additional business by networking, prospecting , including the use of social media.
- Contribute to an upbeat, positive work environment.
- Entering all sales orders in the system correctly and reviewing with customer 100% of the time for completeness and accuracy
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Work performed in a store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopies and fax machines. Use of personal cell phone for customer contact and follow up and personal computer tablet for room sketching. Regularly required to view, see, manipulate and handle product to demonstrate to customers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee continuously walks or stands on the stores showroom floor. Stands for extended periods of time. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and required to lift and carry small items up to 30 pounds, such as lamps, etc
