About the Team
The Communications team at Cardlytics is a small and nimble team that works cross-functionally across the company to shape our corporate messaging and enhance Cardlytics' reputation with our various stakeholders. The team covers a broad scope of responsibilities, including internal and external communications for key business milestones, executive communications, all-company events and colleague engagement, product rollouts and quarterly earnings.
About the PositionWe are seeking a strategic Communications Manager to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Communications & Investor Relations. The ideal candidate will work across internal and external communications initiatives, lead the execution of comms strategies and help drive strategic planning.

Responsibilities : Partner with teams cross-functionally to support business priorities and milestones with an integrated comms strategyLead the development and execution of internal communications, all-company events, and other tactics for employee engagementManage and update content on corporate internal and external channelsCollaborate with Marketing teams on owned and paid contentBuild relationships with key media contacts to increase awareness of card-linked offers and Cardlytics, and secure positive news coverageMeasure and report the effectiveness of communications efforts and use data to inform future initiativesMaintain a robust understanding of the business, competitors and industry landscapeMinimum Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in strategic communicationsProven track record of executing integrated communications campaigns, including both internal and external comms tacticsStrong experience developing strategic content that directly supports business prioritiesExperience developing and executing an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy and all-company eventsExperience pitching reporters and securing news coverageExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and stakeholdersAbility to anticipate business needs and proactively provide communications recommendationsAbility to execute flawlessly while also thinking strategicallyPreferred Qualifications
A combination of PR agency and in-house communications experience within a financial services or tech companyStrong communications generalist with experience across media relations, enterprise internal communications, executive communications, social media and digital contentCore Values

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is :
105,000 - $120,000
