About the Position
The Head of Product, Growth & New Solutions is responsible for scoping and building a card-linked / loyalty offering to publishers outside of Cardlytics' core banking vertical. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll identify markets, architect solutions, and drive execution.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Head of Partnerships, Product and Engineering counterparts in order to develop solutions utilizing our technology, transaction data and offer content in order to identify how partners can best leverage our assets for their customers.
- Drive opportunity sizing for those deals, defining milestones and aggressive timeline for those partnerships to scale.
- Document requirements for MVP and subsequent product evolution and work hand in hand with our engineering team to design and build those product solutions.
- Build and foster relationships with publisher counterparts in order to keep the relationship thriving and growing with the launch of new product solutions.

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors. The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is :
Range : $240,000 - $290,000
